- Travel Services (Flight Ticket Booking)
- Government Assisted Services (Ayushman Bharat Scheme assistance)
- E-commerce Platform & Shopping Services
2. Additional Data We Collect
To provide these diverse services, we collect:
- Financial & Transaction Data: Information required for banking transactions.
- Travel & Identity Data: Passenger names, age, gender, and ID details for flight bookings.
- Health & Government Scheme Data: Standard information required strictly for processing Ayushman Bharat card generation/verification as permitted under government norms. We do not store or misuse personal health records.
- E-commerce Data: Delivery addresses, shopping preferences, and contact details for order processing.
3. Data Retention and Regulatory Exception (Mandatory Compliance)
Due to strict financial regulations, cyber security laws, and guidelines governing government assisted schemes (like Ayushman Bharat) in India:
- All transaction logs, KYC documents, and user identity records cannot be instantly deleted upon user request.
- To prevent fraud, resolve chargebacks, manage travel cancellations, and assist Law Enforcement Agencies (Saksham Adhikari) in investigations, core data will be securely retained in our database for the legally mandated period (minimum 5 to 10 years).
4. Account Deletion Process via Customer Care
Users cannot delete accounts directly within the app due to verification protocols. If you wish to close your account or request data erasure, you must contact our official Customer Care Office for identity verification:
